Delivery Information

Our delivery charges are calculated by the weight of your goods. We offer FREE postage and packing for orders over £60 to addresses located within mainland UK. If you spend less than this, we keep costs low.

Despatch times depend on stock and availability, if you want to find out exactly when we can get your items to you you need to call us during our opening hours (Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Sundays 10am-4pm) on 01978 265 090..

We provide two classes of shipping;

Standard
Standard shipping usually arrives between 1-3 days after your order is despatched but can take a little longer.

Express
Express shipping is quicker than standard and will arrive the next working day after your order is despatched. We don't despatch your order until everything is in stock.

International delivery costs vary according to location. If your location is not listed on our website it doesn't mean we cant post to you- give us a quick email or call us on +44 (0) 1978 265 090 to let us know where you are and we will put together a quote and look into updating our website to include your location.

Delivery charges are subject to change depending on location, size & weight of each order. Shipping on large orders may be higher than quoted on our website.

WORLDWIDE Shipping
We can ship anywhere in the world, with a range of services. Let us know what you want to order and we will give you shipping options and costs, this doesn't take very long. We can not ship glass abroad. This includes Optiwhite aquariums.

Our website system doesn't yet include all shipping destinations, but don't let that put you off- we can usually add them upon request.
