Last dates for Christmas shipping to ensure you receive it before Christmas
Standard Shipping: Tuesday 20th December before 12pm midday
Priority Shipping: Wednesday 21st December

Delivery News: We can now ship glass aquariums, fully insured, throughout the UK. All ADA Cube Gardens include free, insured delivery within mainland UK. For destinations outside the UK please by email or phone us for a shipping quote.
Our delivery charges are calculated by the weight of your goods. We offer FREE postage and packing for orders over £60 to addresses located within mainland UK. If you spend less than this, we keep costs low.
Despatch times depend on stock and availability, if you want to find out exactly when we can get your items to you you need to call us during our opening hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm) on +44 (0) 1978 265 090.
Aquarium Cabinets: ADA Garden Stands can be delivered on a normal service but for all other aquarium cabinets please contact us for a delivery quote.
Plant orders: we carry hundreds of plants in stock at any time and we aim to dispatch all plant orders as soon as possible but because we will only send plants out when we are 100% satisfied that they meet our very high standards there may be a slight delay. If you are desperate to receive your plants by a certain date please call us to check availability.
We provide two classes of shipping;
Standard
Standard shipping usually arrives between 1-3 days after your order is despatched but can take a little longer.
Priority
Priority shipping is quicker than standard and will arrive the next working day after your order is despatched. We don't normally despatch your order until everything is in stock so this method does not guarantee next day delivery. If you need next day delivery please contact us by telephone to request it.
Saturdays
We do not normally deliver on Saturdays so if you require Saturday delivery please contact us and we can arrange it for you.
Delivery charges are subject to change depending on location, size & weight of each order. Shipping on large orders may be higher than quoted on our website.
WORLDWIDE Shipping
To Request a Custom Shipping Quote (for addresses outside UK Mainland):
1. Select 'Request a Delivery Quote' in both the 'CALCULATE SHIPPING COST' and 'PAYMENT METHOD' boxes.
2. Complete your order and we will contact you with the best possible price for shipping.
3. If you choose to go ahead with the order we will send you an invoice which you can easily pay online using a debit or credit card, or we can arrange an alternative payment method.
We can ship anywhere in the world, with a range of services. Let us know what you want to order and we will give you shipping options and costs, this doesn't take very long. International delivery costs vary according to location. If your location is not listed on our website it doesn't mean we cant post to you- give us a quick email or call us on +44 (0) 1978 265 090 to let us know where you are and we will put together a quote and look into updating our website to include your location.
Our website system doesn't yet include all shipping destinations, but don't let that put you off - we can usually add them upon request. If you find any anomalies in our website shipping quotes please let us know so that we can correct them!
