Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Delivery charges are calculated by the weight of your goods. We offer FREE postage and packing for orders £75 and above to addresses located within mainland UK*. If you spend less than this, we keep costs low.
*Please note: A surcharge will be added for orders weighing over 25KG in weight. In this case we will contact you if extra payment is required & you can choose whether to proceed with your order.

Aquarium Cabinets: ADA Garden Stands can be delivered on a normal service but for all other aquarium cabinets please contact us for a delivery quote.
Plant orders: we carry hundreds of plants in stock at any time and we aim to dispatch all plant orders as soon as possible but because we will only send plants out when we are 100% satisfied that they meet our very high standards there may be a slight delay. If you are desperate to receive your plants by a certain date please call us to check availability.
All ‘Priority’ orders will be dispatched on a 24 hour service subject to stock availability. Should any of the plants you require not be in stock please note that we will send the order out on a Priority service as soon as we re-stock. We place new plant orders with our suppliers on Saturday afternoons for delivery to us the following Tuesday. So you’ll usually receive your order no later than Wednesday or Thursday.
We provide two classes of shipping;
Standard shipping usually arrives between 1-3 days after your order is despatched but can take a little longer.
Priority shipping is quicker than standard and will arrive the next working day after your order is despatched. We don’t normally despatch your order until everything is in stock so this method does not guarantee next day delivery. If you need next day delivery please contact us by telephone to request it.
We do not normally deliver on Saturdays so if you require Saturday delivery please contact us and we can arrange it for you.
Delivery charges are subject to change depending on location, size & weight of each order. Shipping on some orders may be higher than those quoted or charged on our website.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered International packages that contain plants. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
International delivery costs vary according to location. If your location is not listed on our website it doesn’t mean we cant post to you- give us a quick email or call us on +44 (0) 1978 265 090 to let us know where you are and we will put together a quote and look into updating our website to include your location.
Our website system doesn’t yet include all shipping destinations, but don’t let that put you off – we can usually add them upon request. If you find any anomalies in our website shipping quotes please let us know so that we can correct them!
Glass Aquarium Delivery
When receiving a glass aquarium from a courier you MUST CHECK IT FOR DAMAGE upon receiving the delivery. If there is any damage you should not accept the aquarium, or you should get the delivery driver to sign a piece of paper along with your signature confirming you have both seen the damage and that this was done before you received the aquarium.
Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.
We do not accept any returns on hardscape materials for hygiene and aquarium contamination reasons.

We are confident that our plants will be the best plants you have ever bought. So if you are not 100% happy with your plant order, simply return the whole order to us within 48 hours of receiving it for a full, no quibble refund!
1. If you are not happy with your plants, send the whole order back to us within 48 hours of receiving it, in the original packaging for a full refund, including reasonable postage costs for mainland UK Royal Mail recorded delivery.
2. Plants must be returned by recorded delivery. Please keep proof of postage as this will be required.
3. The whole order must be returned together.
4. Receipt is deemed to be the first attempted delivery time. Please note that all our parcels require a signature on receipt.
5. We reserve the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Damaged Goods, Breakages and Returns
Any damaged goods,missing items or breakages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and must be accompanied by photographic evidence. Otherwise no replacement or refund will be given. After reporting the damaged goods to us you must send them back to us, including all original packaging, via a recorded delivery service.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
